I don't exchange links with sites that will not link to my site from a sub-page that's not easily accessible from the main page. I noticed some people spamming links in order for search engine optimization of their own site and linking to my site from another domain or from a sub-page that's not accessible from their main site's page. I don't tolerate that kind of link exchange. Off course it's not necessary to link to my site from your main page, but I only require that your linkpage is easily accessible.
